Looking at the feedback is our best way to answer that.

Based on that, I'm not sure the other booksellers on Amazon should be happy about how the nurse is treating their customers. The milk here might be sour.
According to discussions on the Amazon Seller Forum it seems that booksellers get about one feedback for every sale they make. Maybe there are 4 customers out there that think the milk is okay.. it's hard to judge a seller by one feedback.
